Cherry red in colour with violet borders. The nose reminds one of wild fruits and candy. A structured taste with a lively passage in the mouth and a harmonious finish with a fruity note.

Lightly pressed after crushing to obtain the flower must and static earth elimination, to ensure maximum respect for the fruit. Macerated for about 12 hours to obtain the correct colour and enhance the taste of fruit. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16–18º C. Fermentation in cold conditions to conserve a few grams of residual sugar that will round off the wine.

For optimum storage, keep the bottle in a horizontal position, out of the light and draughts at a temperature of no more than 20º C.

Serve chilled at 6º-8º C (chill slowly in an ice bucket or place on the top shelf of the refrigerator) in a tall, narrow, transparent glass (tulip type with a wide mouth).

Ideal with appetisers, pasta, cold meats and salads.

Grenache 45%, Merlot 20%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25% and Pinot Noir 10%
