A deep red wine with an orange-brown border; it is made from a single variety of grape and is complex and spiced. The mouth has notes of ripe fruit and is meaty, with noble tannins that give it an elegant finish.

Classical maceration during 15 days fermentation at a controlled temperature and 26-28°C in stainless steel tanks.

It is aged in oak casks (20% French and 80% American) for 12 months and the aging process is completed with two years in the bottle.
